The Black Forest can serve small groups and parties for showers, rehearsal dinners,
Christmas parties, business meetings, weddings, large corporate events, family reunions, etc.
We can accommodate 150 to 375 guests and offer many menu options in addition to our buffetstyle meals. If you would like to customize your menu to suit your event we will be happy to accommodate your wish

Our main level brew haus, consisting of our brew pub and restaurant is the ideal setting for
small groups for rehearsal dinners, Christmas parties, showers, and busines meetings. An area
will be set up to host your function with a corresponding menu and services to suit your needs and desires.

 The glass enclosed patio makes an elegant setting for your special event. The patio area is available for groups of up to 135 guests. The patio is enclosed with glass but can be openedwith weather permitting. If you have 125 to 200 guests, we would provide the patio plus a tent in the courtyard. Larger groups would be set up with the patio and two courtyard tents.

 The Kaufmann Room is a one of a kind location with vaulted 25 foot cathedral ceilings, impressive oak beams, and an outdoor smoking deck that can handle 50 to 75 people. It’s large dance floor is ideal for the perfect wedding setting. The room may be reserved for groups of 200 to 375 guests.

 The Meyer Room, which is on our lower level, has a 200 person capacity. It has a 10 foot ceiling, brand new charming chandeliers and sconces, a coat room, a dance floor, and an elevator for service from the main floor. This room may be reserved for groups of 75 to 200 guests.

 The Chapel is available for weddings, vow renewals, etc. We offer an intimate glass enclosed patio chapel which seats 185 guests. The Chapel can be covered and decorated with bridal flowers and drapes. A chapel coordinator is available to assist you, and we will provide adressing room and rehearsal time.

 The Black Forest is also the host to Sullivan’s Catering Service, the largest caterer in the Tri-Cities. Sullivan’s Catering has been voted “Best of the Best” by the Saginaw News Reader’s Choice Awards four years in a row. Consider Sullivan’s 60 plus years of experiencefor your off-premise catered event.
