We have several dining options from dining on our glass enclosed patio, enjoying our buffet in one of our private or semi-private banquet rooms, to ordering a sandwich from our brew pub menu. The Black Forest is large enough to accommodate several motor coach groups at once. We also offer a fast service lunch or dinner buffets especially designed for motor coach tours.
The Black Forest Brew Haus is Frankenmuth's only brew pub and features a working brewery. The Brew-house and beer fermentation tanks are located in the center of the restaurant and the finished beer or tax determination tanks are located in a temperature-controlled cellar in the lower level of the restaurant. Today, modern craft brewing here at the Black Forest Brew Haus and Grill offers original flavor and exceptional quality from our 10-barrel system. Those gleaming copper and stainless steel tanks in our brewery are always busy 
cooking, brewing and fermenting the finest and freshest beers, ready for your ultimate pleasure. We feature six to eight locally brewed beers on tap including seasonal brews. Ask for a tour of our brewery and our brewer will explain the brewing process and give you a little history of brewing.
The Black Forest Brew Haus and Grill welcomes the opportunity to serve you and your motor coach group. Our family restaurant and brew haus is open for lunch and dinner (check for seasonal schedules).
