Greetings,

I would like to introduce myself. My name is David Shaw and I am the new brewer. I’ve been with the Black Forest crew since early Nov. 06 and have really enjoyed the customers and staff. There has, of course, been some change’s made. And I have put my own mark on the flagship beers. Also I’ve made a hoppy and pale called No fail Pale Ale and have an Octoberfest to be out for ice fest.

Changes can be difficult, and I have tried to carry on without too many hiccups, in the process. I look forward to a new era at the Black Forest, and hope to continue a legacy of excellence for years to come.
